Dedicated to providing simple, great value GAP Insurance solutions, our team has forged successful partnerships with a large number of third-party insurance businesses and has helped to give the right GAP Insurance cover to over 11,000 people.

In the first six months of 2010, our team made over 1.9 million outbound dials to prospective customers.
Supported by robust, sophisticated business protocols, our team, led by Operations Manager Carly Little, telephones existing customers and/or customers who have previously requested an insurance quote in advance of the renewal date of their policy to transfer a voice call to the sales centre best positioned to meet the needs of the customer.
Our team has augmented our core activities by creating non-competing quote opportunities for third parties in line with their bespoke requirements, as well as managing a large number of targeted insurance and financial services telemarketing campaigns.
